NewSpace XO

Our radiation tolerant XOs are available in a 5.0 x 3.2 mm SMD package. They are specifically designed for missions where resistance to demanding environments is critical. Key features include fast lead times, high flexibility and low SWaP (Size, weight and Power). 

Applications: NewSpace applications and rugged environment where a TID limit of 72/100 kRad and a latch-up free till 32.4/62 MeV are required.
