Defence VCO

A series of MIL-STD-883 compliant VCOs with excellent phase noise performance, designed for military and high reliability communication applications. The package design is based on thick film and TO-8 hybrid technology which makes these VCOs ideally suited  to operate in rugged environments.  

Applications: digitally tuned oscillators, frequency synthesizers and applications where low phase noise and fast tuning is required.
