Our ultra-low noise frequency multipliers are available at different multiplication factors and new ones can be designed on request.
They are narrowband systems dedicated to specific input frequencies on order to optimize the sub-harmonics filtering. The excellent phase noise performance make them ideally suited to high frequency applications in any environment. The frequency multiplier comes in standard in a stand-alone 70 x 70 x 16 mm package size or can be directly assembled to D1 package.
Applications: frequency transposition modules and other radar and defence subsystems.
